Karlie has lost 12kg following the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge.
“The first photo here was taken at my daughters naming day which was 6 years ago, I weighed in at 82kg and was wearing size 16,” she says.
“I was unhappy and unhealthy. I struggled along for maybe another four years and didn’t lose anything really until I started to follow Healthy Mummy!”
Karlie reveals she lost 7kg in time for her sister-in-law’s wedding, which she was part of and she’s now happy to be back down to 70kg and wearing size 10-12 in most things.
“I’m feeling better and my confidence is amazing,” she says. “The best thing is you don’t have to be super strict with this lifestyle change for it to work, just need to be consistent.”

“I’ve lost 7.6kg and hit my goal weight on Sunday. I’ve lost about 10cm off my waist.“I use the Challenge app to calorie count and love all the workout videos.”
