These Peanut Butter Cup Strawberry Tarts Are Just One More Reason to Love Quest Peanut Butter Cups

It’s doubtful you’ve been clamoring for ways to get more from your Quest Peanut Butter Cups (because they taste so darn good), but that won’t stop us from providing even more delectable desserts for your tasting pleasure. Today is our spin on a classic strawberry tart. Only ours has a fraction of the net carbs and sugar you’d find in your usual bakery.   • 3/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 scoop Quest Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsps cold butter, chopped


  • 1/2 cup sugar free chocolate
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 package Quest Peanut Butter Cups


  • 6 strawberries, thinly sliced


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and prepare 2 small (4″) tart pans with non-stick spray.
  2. Place all the crust ingredients into a food processor and pulse just until a dough forms.
  3. Separate the dough into two evenly sized balls and press them into each tart pan (bottom and up the sides).
  4. Bake the crust for 6-8 minutes until golden brown. Let cool.
  5. Chop the peanut butter cups into small pieces and sprinkle them over the crust.
  6. In a microwave safe bowl, melt together the heavy cream and chocolate until smooth.
  7. Distribute the chocolate between the crusts, spreading it in an even layer over the peanut butter cup pieces.
  8. Chill until solid.
  9. Arrange the sliced strawberries over the chocolate and enjoy!
